Dear Parents, Believe it or not, but March is already here. This week we created, raced and explored during Robolab. We also built and designed our balloons for our launch on Friday the 15th. Please sign up below to make this day a hit for our 5th graders. Thank you to the parents that helped out with Robolab this week they had a blast! Please read over all of the information on the upcoming events - March is packed. Enjoy your weekend, The Fifth Grade team Balloon Launch Volunteers We will also need several parents to man the propane tanks and help fill the balloons with hot air on the day of our launch as students are not allowed close to that equipment. It is also just a really fun thing to come out and watch. We invite the whole school to come and even get a couple of curious neighbors who come to see what we’re doing. Our tentative date is Friday, March 15th. If the weather's not cooperating with us we will have to postpone. We’re asking for volunteers to help with the event the day of and to borrow turkey fryer stands (4), full propane tanks (4), and work/heat resistant gloves (12+pairs ).
